Sales Executive (Male) Luxury Jewellery

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Sales Executive (Male) with a background in luxury jewelry and a preference for Arabic nationality. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of high-end jewelry and gemstones, and will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with elite clientele, and providing exceptional customer service. Fluency in Arabic and an understanding of the luxury market are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of high-end jewelry and gemstones, and will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with elite clientele, and providing exceptional customer service. Fluency in Arabic and an understanding of the luxury market are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of luxury jewelry collections, gemstones, and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales & Revenue: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying potential clients and upselling high-value items.
- Tailored Client Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, including exclusive presentations, private viewings, and bespoke jewelry services.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends and competitors within the luxury jewelry industry, particularly in the Middle East region.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales performance, and client preferences to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand goals and promotions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury jewelry sales, with a proven track record of working with high-end products and discerning clientele.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential, along with proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP customers.
- Strong knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and luxury jewelry craftsmanship.
- Customer-centric mindset: Ability to anticipate client needs and offer bespoke solutions.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid residency/QID (if based in Qatar or another GCC country).
- Arabic nationality to better connect with regional clients.
- Experience working in high-end retail environments or luxury boutiques.
- Familiarity with local cultural preferences in luxury goods and services.
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
