Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, including nail technicians, hair stylists, and spa therapists.
• Manage inventory, ensuring timely orders and efficient stock management of beauty products and supplies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Handle client bookings, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring a warm and professional environment.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry within Qatar or the GCC.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with salon management software and booking systems.
• Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for beauty and wellness.
