- Maintain and improve the Environmental Management System (EMS) for Matar by following and improving the Matar Environment Management Plan (EMP) to ensure all EMS processes are implemented effectively.
- Plan and conduct internal and external EMS audits by developing and following audit plan to ensure ensure compliance and conformity with the ISO14001 standard.
- Proven experience in Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation and management.
- Strong background in IEnv A (International Environmental Auditor).
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001.
- Certified ISO 14001 Lead Implementor.
- Specific experience in aviation and airport environmental management.
- Demonstrated expertise in CCA&M (Climate Change Adaptation & Mitigation).
- Proven ability to integrate climate change adaptation and mitigation measures into EMS practices.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and policies related to climate change.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting.
About the Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001
- Certified ISO 14001 implementation personnel
- Preferred Airport / Aviation Environmental Management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
