Overview: Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Managing relationships with external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate audits in accordance with state audit bureau requirements.
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure financial practices align with construction contracts and project budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with central bank regulations and provide guidance on financing construction projects.
• Monitoring and assessing financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial regulations governing construction projects.
• Experience with state audit bureau audits and central bank audits.
• Proficient in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in a senior financial role within a construction or engineering company (Preferable).
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools(Preferable).
• Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis(Preferable).
