Senior HR Coordinator

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior HR Coordinator to manage both day-to-day HR functions and strategic HR activities. HR Coordination and Administration:
- Manage and coordinate daily HR operations, including employee records management, HR databases, and documentation.
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and training programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and align with company goals.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure they are up-to-date and effectively meet the needs of the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, handling grievances, conducting investigations, and providing support for conflict resolution.
- Develop and manage the performance appraisal process, working with department heads to set performance goals and ensure timely feedback and evaluations.
- Implement employee development plans and provide coaching and support to both managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
- Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, leave management, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and review compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and changes.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Handle HR-related legal matters and liaise with legal advisors as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support organizational goals and growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Prepare regular HR reports, including turnover analysis, headcount reports, and other key HR metrics.
- Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making for management.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Senior HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in handling HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in HR reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Qatar ID with Transferrable NOC.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is a must.
