Senior Manager HR Business Partner (Retail) - Qatar Airways

- Lead HR Strategy Development: Drive the HR Business Partnering strategy for Qatar Airways Group, ensuring alignment with the overall HR plan and business goals.
- Develop and Implement SOPs: Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures for HR Business Partnering activities, focusing on continuous improvement and policy updates to keep pace with the evolving business landscape.
- Innovate and Improve: Challenge existing methods and introduce innovative solutions to foster continuous improvement within the organization.
- Oversee HR Business Partner Activities: Lead the HR team in various areas, including organizational design, strategic planning, talent development, employee relations, service delivery, and performance management.
- Embed HR Business Partnering: Integrate the HR Business Partnering function and model within assigned business units to enhance alignment and effectiveness.
- Align Team with Business Needs: Ensure the HR team delivers solutions that meet business needs by adopting a focused approach to achieving key objectives and performance indicators, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Enhance Service Delivery: Continuously review and refine the services provided by the HR team, fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are at the heart of HR solutions.
- Ensure Process Efficiency: Manage HR processes effectively, including disciplinary procedures and grievance handling, to maintain high standards of employee relations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the HR Business Partnering team in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing to broader organizational goals.
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 10 years of job-related experience.
- Experience as a Manager HR Business Support or HR Business Partnering collaborating with Executive and C level stakeholders, within a complex business environment
- Experience in Planning and Developing HR Strategy.
- Experience in Retail domain or industry is mandatory
- Operational experience in organizational design, organizational development, Manpower planning, Learning and Talent Development, Performance and Reward Programme, Employee Relations Service Delivery and Information.
- Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools (eg: metrics, data, business intelligence tactics, Lean process improvement strategies e.g. six sigma techniques)
