Our company is recruiting for the posistion of Senior QS
Responsible for:

• Overseeing and preparing all quotations/tenders for submission
• Reviewing contracts
• Ensuring the companies rights/best interests are considered under any contract/aggreement
• Making claims/variation claims under the terms of the contract/aggrement as required
• Following up on proposals, quotations and tenders submitted to clients
• Over seeing a team of junior QSs
• Preparing project calculations
• Preparing resource allocation plans that are in the line with the project calcultions
• Invoice preparation
• Getting PC/IPC from the client

Notes:

• Must have at least 3 years experience working in Qatar in the construction sector
• Must have an in depth knowledge of construction contract law

Salary: 11,000qr
