**About Strong Box Functional Fitness Gym:**
Strong Box is a premier fitness facility in Qatar, dedicated to providing high-quality functional fitness training to its members. We focus on helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, group classes,in a motivating and supportive environment.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, manage collaborations with local companies, and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, influencer marketing, content creation, and building strategic partnerships. This role will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with Strong Box’s brand, drive engagement, and promote our services to a wider audience in Qatar.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Social Media Management:**
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).
- Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to refine strategies and ensure relevance.
- Manage the day-to-day posting schedule, community engagement, and respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
2. **Marketing Strategy and Calendar Creation:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and audience preferences.
- Plan and create a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and relevant content that promotes gym services, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the gym's internal team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall gym objectives.
3. **Local Company Collaborations:**
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with local businesses and companies for potential collaborations that align with Strong Box's brand.
- Develop and manage partnership campaigns that enhance visibility, offer mutual benefits, and strengthen community ties.
4. **Influencer Marketing:**
- Identify and build relationships with local influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors who align with the Strong Box ethos.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to promote Strong Box and its services.
- Track and measure the ROI of influencer partnerships and collaborations.
5. **Brand Promotion & Campaigns:**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote gym services, special offers, memberships, and events.
- Design and implement paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and Google Ads.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
6. **Reporting & Analytics:**
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media posts, and influencer collaborations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to refine and improve future campaigns.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of local culture and trends in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
