Job Title: Social Media Manager – F&B Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager with a strong background in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, have expert knowledge of social media platforms, and possess strong skills in photography, videography, and design. This role will focus on building a compelling online presence, engaging with audiences, and creating high-quality content that showcases our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that highlights our F&B offerings across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Capture high-quality photos and videos, ensuring each image aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and standards.
• Design visually appealing graphics using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

2. Social Media Management:

• Manage and oversee daily posting, engaging, and content scheduling across all platforms.
• Engage actively with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, building community relationships.
• Monitor trends in F&B and leverage them for brand promotion.

3. Campaign Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns tailored to target audiences.
• Work with influencers and partners to amplify our brand reach and audience engagement.
• Develop innovative strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and enhance brand awareness.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze performance metrics to gauge the success of content and campaigns.
• Generate monthly reports detailing insights, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Adjust strategies based on analytics to maximize engagement and reach.

5. Collaborate Across Teams:

• Work closely with chefs, F&B staff, and the marketing team to ensure the brand’s voice and vision are consistently represented.
• Stay updated on F&B trends, incorporating new ideas into content.

Qualifications:

• Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in social media management, specifically within the F&B sector.
• Design Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools.
• Photography & Videography: Proficient in taking high-quality, professional photos and videos; editing skills are a must.
• Strong Understanding of Social Media Trends: Ability to leverage trends for maximum engagement, especially within the F&B industry.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail, especially in maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
