Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Sales Tender Specialist to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tendering process with a focus on governmental sectors. This role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bid proposals, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management: Identify, analyze, and respond to tender opportunities within the governmental sector in Qatar, ensuring thorough understanding of the technical and commercial requirements.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit high-quality and competitive tender proposals, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Sales Support: Act as a bridge between the sales and operations teams, ensuring alignment on customer requirements and expectations.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes impacting the healthcare sector.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with governmental clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on tender submissions, outcomes, and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical, Dental, Science, or a related field is required.
Experience: Proven sales history working with the governmental sector in Qatar, with a demonstrated ability to secure and manage tenders.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the tendering process and government procurement procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
