Supervise various scheduled and unscheduled periodical, preventive and emergency maintenance activities of electrical, instrument, fire alarm and ELV systems installed and operating at various Qatar Energy facilities following Qatar Energy's HSE, quality control, hygiene and department procedures.
Manage site personnel and works by contractors, provide inter-discipline support whenever required and liaise/coordinate with various end users and focal points. Assist in the preparation of scope of work, BOQ, estimate schedule and reports of maintenance works.

• Receives / executes work requests and notifications from the Sr. Planning Technician (Elect/Inst.), helpdesk, Sr. Maintenance Engineer (Elec/Inst.), Head, Maintenance and visit locations to assess the work scope, liaise with end-users and focal points and as appropriate, prepare specifications, sketches, estimates for supervisor's review and approval.
• Supervises and ensures that regular and preventive maintenance of building management systems, fire alarms, generators, elevators, UPSS, electrical distribution, lifts and elevators, ELV systems etc. are undertaken by Contractors in accordance with the respective contracts and ensures adherence with contract and Qatar Energy procedures, by contractor personnel working on site and notifies his immediate supervisor or section head of any emergency or safety concerns where action or control is required.
• Ensures that safety measures are being strictly adhered to, i.e. overalls (helmets, safety boots, etc.) are being worn. In the event an accident occurs, ensures prompt and timely reports are prepared, giving nature of accident, date and time of accident, action taken to deal with the accident and proposing remedial measures as to how to present future
• recurrence.
• Troubleshoots various problems relating to fire alarms, generators, elevators, UPSs, electrical distribution, lifts and elevators, ELV systems etc. including investigation to find out the root cause of the problem and recommend and implement the necessary remedial measures.
