We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage inventory for the medical division, ensuring efficient supply and accurate stock management. The Stock Controller will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing stock levels, and ensuring the timely availability of medical supplies. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations in our medical division, supporting the delivery of essential healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movement, and stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies and manage reordering.
• Ensure that all stock is stored appropriately to maintain quality and integrity.

Demand Forecasting & Stock Replenishment:

• Forecast demand based on historical data and coordinate stock replenishment accordingly.
• Work closely with suppliers to manage orders and ensure timely delivery of medical supplies.
• Monitor product expiration dates and ensure timely rotation of stock.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
• Prepare regular reports on stock status, usage trends, and inventory accuracy for management.
• Track and report any stock variances, damages, or shortages to relevant departments.

Coordination with Sales and Procurement Teams:

• Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to understand product demand and ensure alignment of stock levels.
• Coordinate with the medical division team to fulfill urgent requests and maintain service levels.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure that all stock management processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct quality checks on received goods to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage environment in line with health and safety standards.

Data Management:

• Update inventory management systems (IMS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Utilize software to monitor stock levels, create reorder alerts, and manage documentation.

Vehicle Operation:

• Transport stock to various locations as required using a company vehicle, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with transportation and delivery regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock or inventory management
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
• Candidate should be currently based in Qatar with a valid, transferable sponsorship/Iqama.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with different departments.
