Quality Controller

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to oversee the quality assurance processes for our carpentry products. The Quality Controller will ensure that all products meet established quality standards and specifications, implementing effective quality control measures throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Monitor production processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and document defects or non-conformance issues in products.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality control activities, inspections, and test results.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the carpentry or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
