Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to restaurant standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a positive environment for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent service standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure prompt and professional resolution.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure stock is well-maintained.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in setting and meeting sales targets and operational goals.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
