Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent service standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure prompt and professional resolution.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure stock is well-maintained.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in setting and meeting sales targets and operational goals.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
