Job Description: As a Part-Time Swimming Coach at Fitness Factory, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality swimming instruction to children, babies, beginners, and older adults. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide swimming instruction to children, babies, beginners, and older adults.
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual students.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during lessons.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere in and out of the pool.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall swim program.
• Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only, due to facility requirements.
• Certification in Swimming Coaching or Lifeguarding (preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching swimming to various age groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be available to work part-time, with flexibility for different time slots.
