• Carry out the PPM, Reactive and corrective including the electrical installations such as, lighting control system, DB’s VFD, control and monitoring devices, equipment’s, emergency lighting and small power not limited

• Performed planned maintenance, regular servicing and repairs to MEP equipment and facilities.
• install, operate, maintain and repair HVAC equipment, associated electrical and controls devices for systems (package AC, ducted split, window & split A/C)
