- Facility Management Engineer:
- •Holds a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or its equivalent.
- •At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in managing projects of the same size in the GCC countries.
- •Good professional knowledge of electromechanical systems (electricity, low current, mechanics)
- •Preferably QCDD-certified
- •It is preferable that the grade B classification be from Kahramaa / the concerned authorities
- •Good knowledge of standards in the State of Qatar
- •Good knowledge of quality management systems, health, safety, and environment management, and laws
- •High ability in analysis and problem-solving skills.
- •Good level of interpersonal and communication skills
- •Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English
- •Has strong self-motivation and can work without supervision
- •The ability to plan, organize, and supervise more than one team, and that its decisions are decisive
