Incumbent must have minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in Qatar (2 yrs experience in oil and gas ) in handling talent acquisition, blue collar hiring's, employee engagements, performance appraisal, employee relations & communication, employee grievances handling, supportive in policy formulation, well knowledge about Qatar labor law, compensation and benefits etc,
HR Executive -Incumbent must have minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in Qatar (2 yrs experience in oil and gas ) in handling talent acquisition, HR Operations, employee engagements, employee relations & employee grievances handling, compensation and benefits etc.
Male/Female who is ready to relocate to Al Khor.
Must have valid Qatar id and will to relocate to Al Khor
