Urgent Hiring for Trainer – Global Content Program (TGCP)
Key Responsibilities :

• Automobile Experience is mandatory.
• The candidate must have worked as an Technical Trainer and not soft- skill trainer.
• Prepares delivery plans in conjunction with the SDA training standards and requirements.
• Conduct TGCP Foundational Training through Classroom & Gemba Training by demonstrating practical skills, using standard training materials provided by the SDA team.
• Conduct TGCP Foundational Training through Classroom & Gemba Training by demonstrating practical skills, using standard training materials provided by the SDA team.
• Conducting Pre-tests and Post Tests, evaluating trainees' performance, and conducting Employee Feedback surveys.
• To support the SDA team in cultivating and developing in employees a kaizen mindset and innovative thinking through effective classroom and Gemba training aligned with AAM Philosophy.
• To attend all required Train-the-Trainers training programs to learn about the TGCP mid-level Training program.
• Helps to ensure the achievement of the HR Strategic goals by nurturing and engaging employees through skills development
• Strong communication skills.
• Candidates need to have strong experience in training, otherwise automotive background is a must.
• Must have valid qatar id.
