Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure tables are clean and tidy, with all necessary items (e.g., cutlery, napkins).
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Process bills and ensure accurate cash handling.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC.
• Previous experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
