Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting Department at our offices in Romania. Logicom is a leading regional Distributor of Technology Solutions and Services covering a wide area in Europe, Middle East, and North Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping, and general ledger entries.
• Costing of warehouse items.
• Maintaining the Petty Cash float and preparing Reimbursement Claims on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Preparing payments and invoices accurately in accordance with the applicable procedures and timelines.
• Posting all company’s approved expenses.
• Performing vendor and intercompany accounts reconciliations.
• Issuing invoices to customers and posting vendor invoices.
• Performing general administrative accounting duties, filing etc.
• Conducting Fixed Assets accounting.
• Helping with month-end and year-end closing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or any other related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Microsoft office).
• Highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines & time management.

Finance & Operations Manager
