About the Role
*** This position will be based in our Shared Service Center in Bucharest/Ploiesti, Romania.
We are looking for an Accounts Payable to join our team. You will be responsible for the registration and control of financial transactions within the financial accounting system, analyze financial information and prepare financial and management reports by compiling information and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
Responsibilities:

Accounts payable management for vendor invoices: reception, check, order/ invoice reconciliation, accounting coding, posting and payment.

Monitoring of intercompany invoices.

Checking GL accounts GR/IR.
-
Management of vendor master data.
-
Point of contact for vendors for invoices and payments status updates.

Analysis of vendor accounts debit.

Analysis of vendor expenses and reporting.

Expense report: reception, check, posting, payment.

Preparation and posting of prepaid expenses and accruals for vendors.

Preparation and submission of tax and declarations reports.
About You
-
2-4 years of experience in Accounting, preferably on a similar role.

Bachelor level in Finance/ Economics is mandatory.

Fluency in English language.

SAP knowledge is nice to have.

High level of autonomy.
