Mission

Business Analyst service for the Parts Production Management domain (GPI product)
Understanding of the business need
Formalization of IT specifications (and product-process test) for implementation by the development teams
Functional support to the business
Incident support and resolution
On-call duty (once the increase in skills has been completed) 24/24 7/7 one week per month
Functional and technical specifications in accordance with the development schedule
Test scenarios and test campaign report
Support requests and incidents processed within deadlines compatible with the service contract of the GPI system

Profile

M/F environment: Knowledge of z/OS sufficient to handle files, JCL to be able to analyze errors/incidents
COBOL language: proficiency
DB2 data manipulation - SQL knowledge
Data modeling - BI (nice to have)

Other abilities:

English: Professional proficiency, French nice to have
Capacity and availability to ensure on-call duty 24/7 for one week per month
Operation according to the Agile methodology
