The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic Tech projects.

Context

We are looking for an Angular Frontend Developer, to be a member of EDC working together with the development team based in Belgium.

Edenred Be Lux is a prepaid corporate solutions company offering employee benefit solutions, including Ticket Restaurant®, Ticket Eco Cheque® and incentive & rewards programs like Ticket Compliments®.

It also develops solutions for public social programs, including prepaid solutions for the implementation of public policies in the areas of social protection, culture, personal and household services, education, sport, and professional training.

The Angular frontend Developer will enhance our IT teams’ capabilities. This role is not just about developing new features, it also involves the critical task of refactoring existing frontend applications to elevate our platform’s efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our .NET developers on our main application and assist the marketing team in crafting high-impact landing pages. You will be in charge of:

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Angular.
Lead and execute the refactoring of several existing frontend applications as part of our continuous improvement efforts.
Work in tandem with .NET developers, ensuring a seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
Partner with the marketing team to implement responsive, scalable, and reliable landing pages.
Implement tagging and tracking for marketing analytics.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Optimize performance and ensure high availability of our applications.
Implementing solutions in every Sprint with the team and proactively contributing to the validation and testing efforts with the team and end users.
Help end users by resolving incidents raised through the ticketing tool (incident management).

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

You have minimum 3 years of experience in Angular development. Ideally, you have experience working in an Agile/Scrum context with tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Confluence. As part of your daily missions, you will show proficiency in:

Demonstrable experience in Angular development (medior/senior level preferred).
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Java Script and responsive design principles.
Experience with .NET framework integration is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of front-end architecture, including performance optimization, accessibility, and usability.
Storybook Expertise: Experience in using storybook for component-driven development.
Understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with tagging and tracking tools for marketing analytics is a plus (GTM, GA, ...).
Experience in refactoring and optimizing existing code for performance and scalability.
Experience of consuming RESTful and SOAP webservices.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.
Incident & problem tracking system (Altassian Jira).
Agile Product Management (backlog, PBI’s, tasks, …) with Microsoft Azure Devops.
