• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, and support sales activities for both existing and new projects in the field of ophthalmic diagnostics & therapy and microsurgery
• Offer personalized on-site support to customers during the sales process, ensuring efficient and competent service
• Analyze market trends, present our comprehensive portfolio, and articulate the benefits of our solutions, organization, and products through presentations, demonstrations, and cost-benefit analysis

• University degree in Business Administration or Technology or similar education, ideally in the medical field
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in sales of devices, ideally in the medical field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution oriented and analytic thinking
• Customer orientation and a passion for solving problems
• Very good knowledge of English language
• High willingness to travel, mainly in Romania
