- Develop and maintain backend services using Java (JEE)
- Write and execute unit tests with JUnit
- Manage project dependencies with Maven
- Utilize Docker for containerization
- Work with Oracle databases and SQL for data management
- Implement database migrations using Flyway
- Use Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment
- Manage tasks with Jira and document with Confluence
- Participate in the technical conceptualization of new features
- Conduct code reviews and optimize backend performance
- Collaborate with front-end developers and maintain effective communication
Qualifications
QualificationsQualifications
- Proficiency in Java (JEE) and JUnit
- Experience with Maven and Docker
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL
- Familiarity with Flyway for database migrations
- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Strong technical conceptualization skills
- Excellent communication skills
Things to know before departure:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
- Line of work: Consulting
- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
- Other: a valid work permit
