Who we are looking for
We are growing our team and looking for a new colleague to join in the role of Benefits Administration Specialist. The ideal candidate would have:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in benefits’ administration
Some experience of implementing tools, systems, applications

- Very good analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, organizational skills, and a constant focus on data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and ideally Service Now, Power BI
- A client-oriented approach - we are operating at a fast pace and do our best to assist our internal clients in the most relevant ways
- Great command of English
- Team-player attitude and, last but not least, a good sense of humor;
Your future role
- Coordinating the administration of the benefits’ plan
- Keeping the relationship with the benefits’ providers (contributes also to contract negotiation)
- Preparing of monthly invoices and reports
- Organizing the communication campaigns of the benefits’ plan to staff
