Job Description

Coordonarea și implementarea inițiativelor de transformare organizațională pentru asigurarea unei comunicarii eficiente si o tranzitie lina in cadrul companiei.
Colaborarea cu departamentele de resurse umane, IT, operațiuni și conducerea, pentru a susține și a motiva angajații în procesul de schimbare - specific pe proiectul de integrare SAP4Hana
Dezvoltarea și implementarea unei strategii de change management pentru inițiativele de transformare la nivelul companiei.
Crearea de planuri de acțiune care să susțină obiectivele proiectului și să diminueze rezistența la schimbare
Dezvoltarea de materiale de comunicare (emailuri, prezentări, newslettere, sesiuni de informare).
Colaborarea cu echipele de leadership pentru a asigura alinierea mesajelor transmise în cadrul organizației
Furnizarea de suport managerilor și echipelor în gestionarea schimbării, inclusiv prin training-uri și sesiuni de informare

Qualifications
Soft skills:

Abilități excelente de comunicare scrisă și verbală.
Orientare spre echipa
Abilitati de negociere
Abilitati de cooperare

Technical Skills:

Experiență anterioară în comunicare internă, change management, resurse umane sau consultanță
Cunoștințe solide de metodologii de change management
Cunoștințe de bază în utilizarea instrumentelor digitale de comunicare și colaborare
Cunostinte excelente de SAP (MM, SD, PP, LE, APO)
MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Lb engleza: necesara
