NTT DATA Romania is looking for passionate Cybersecurity Analysts for the SOC Team. The team is international, so you will use English both written and orally, German knowledge would be an advantage. The current position is open for Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Sibiu, Romania. Teleworking is in accordance with company policy.

NTT DATA Romania is looking for passionate Cybersecurity Analysts for the SOC Team. The team is international, so you will use English both written and orally, German knowledge would be an advantage. The current position is open for Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Sibiu, Romania. Teleworking is in accordance with company policy.

What you'll be doing
- Analyze and prioritize security events in customer specific SIEM, EDR and other security tools
- Assist in troubleshooting logging issues
- Perform Incident Response, define remediation and mitigation recommendations to customers
- Threat Hunting via SIEM and other security systems and logs
- Create reports and present them to clients
- Contribute to service improvements
- Participate in customer meetings, maintain close relationship with current clients and understand the client’s security service needs, wants and pain points
- Continuously improve technical and professional skills
- Actively participate in community of practice activities
- Willingness to support both IT and OT clients, with a commitment to building OT cybersecurity expertise
What you'll bring along
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics areas, with an overall minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity
- Proven track record of security activities, like investigations, incident response or forensics
- Skills in usage of EDR, SIEM and SOAR tools
- Skills with any of the following tools are advantageous: Elasticsearch, Chronicle, Carbon Black, Crowdstrike Falcon, MS Defender, Claroty, Nozomi, Service Now
- Comp TIA, SANS, CCNA or similar certifications represent a big plus
- 24/7 coverage: Business Hours + On-Call, as part of the SOC team
- Customer oriented behavior
- Fluent English verbally and in writing. German language skills are a plus
