Job Description
Are you passionate about creating impactful online strategies? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment? You could be a perfect fit for METRO Romania as a Digital Marketing Specialist!
Join us and you will:

• Implement digital marketing strategies to promote products, boost brand visibility, and drive traffic to stores;
• Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent and relevant content is being produced, which aligns with the company's goal;
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI;
• Oversee banner ads and remarketing campaigns on Google Display Network and other platforms;
• Plan, allocate, and monitor the digital marketing budget for paid campaigns to ensure efficiency and profitability;
• Create and manage social media content and paid advertising to engage customers and promote sales events;
• Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies based on insights;
• Coordinate digital efforts to create a seamless customer experience across online and physical retail touchpoints.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role and to enjoy your morning coffee with great colleagues, you will need:

• Ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and customer engagement;
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI;
• Ability to manage digital marketing budgets;
• Bachelor/ Master’s degree;
• Proficiency in English.
