This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Digital Marketing/Sales Advisor with German is responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance & support to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.
How you’ll make your mark:
Digital Marketing/Sales Advisor with German is responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance & support to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.
- Brainstorm with customers and HPE technical specialists to identify and develop solutions for customer’s business requirements.
- Being able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
- Engaged in a presales technical consultancy and advisory role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the process by identifying customer’s requirements.
- Support the customer in defining their needs to recognize new business and lead generation opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phones, web-forms) to interact and reach out to online customers.
- Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames.
- Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads.
- Comply with all HPE web standards, processes and tools.
- Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required.
About you:
- Excellent communication and grammar skills (written and verbal).
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Sales experience or customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations.
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of customer conversational experience principles.
- Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles.
