Our team is continuously growing and we are looking for an experienced Software Developer with React proficiency to join one of our cross-functional teams.

Tripletex has 100+ developers, spread out between Norway and Romania, who are dedicated to simplifying the everyday life of our customers and working in close collaboration with customers and internal marketing, sales and support departments, in order to make a unique product in our market.
We help out the environment one day at a time - for every day a user logs hours in the team mobile app, a little virtual tree grows. At the end of the month when the tree is fully grown, Tripletex plants a tree in several forests across the globe. So far they have 80k trees and we are still growing.
We are huge fans of hackathons - Tripletex colleagues love to test themselves, they use these hackathons as a form of skill testing and ways to come up with new ideas in a creative and challenging environment.

Know the project

Our goal is to deliver high value to our customers on a daily basis, and in order to accomplish this we release software several times each day. Main focus points are future-proof architecture, usability, performance, stability and security. We emphasize quality code and good use of design patterns.
Tripletex is a cloud ERP product hosted on AWS. Mobile is React Native, Frontend is in React.js 18 and Backend is in Java 17. We use Spring core. Database is Aurora DB. We have modern and stable technologies, but also need to continuously modernize the legacy stack. Expect a mix between adding value by fixing tech-debt, improving our current features and implementing new ones with an emphasis on the later two.
It was "born in the cloud"

Back in 2003 it was a disruptive solution because most available ERP solutions were on-prem systems and also Tripletex gave power to the businesses/clients to select their accountants and not to the accounting offices to select their clients.
We are a product company, not a project company. We build a Norwegian product for the Norwegian market. In other words we are an in-house solution not outsourcing. We focus on must-have solutions software instead of high risk high reward solutions, thus recessions and crises affect our continuous growth very little.

We focus more on roles and less on titles. Value is derived by what you can accomplish today by yourself and by helping and inspiring others, and less by the string of characters in your email signature. We have a culture of performance without burnout and we trust and value our employees thus helping them advance in their career and fulfilling their potential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor degree in computer science
• at least 3 years experience with React
• front-end development experience using a modern Java Script framework
• good understanding of REST APIs;
• proficient in building responsive and performant web UIs
