Job Description
Responsabilities:
- Manage & support the P&L income lines, ensuring control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of figures, analysis and comments;
- Preparation and analysis of reports and performance data to provide assessments of trends and to identify and explain variances from goals and prior periods;
- Discover potential performance challenges or anticipate changes in future business activities;
- Prepare financial results for performance commercial meetings, prividing substantive content to facilitate strategic decision-making;
- Evaluate, communicate discuss and challenge financial impacts, proposed solutions and alternatives;
- Build and maintain complex financial models and conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of various business decisions;
- Oversee the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree, preferably in Finance/ Accounting;
- Minimum 1 years of experience in controlling area or a similar one;
- Advanced computer skills and experience with Financial Systems (SQL, SAP, Data Warehouse, Excel – Visual Basic, Power Point, Access);
- Ability to work independently and also function as a team player in a cross functional team, in order to meet internal deadlines;
- Analytical skills: absolute comfort with numbers and large volumes of data;
- Logical thinking ability, with problem-solving skills,
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, meticulous;
- Proactive and result oriented, in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them;
- Well organized, hard-working, commitment, team spirit;
- Demonstrates high levels of energy and enthusiasm, adaptable in social situations, comfortable in networking and social settings.
- English advanced;
