Your role

• Perform the day-to-day processing of financial transactions (Banks, Treasury, Intercompany) to ensure that accounts are maintained effective, up-to-date and accurate
• Investigate all outstanding items and discrepancies
• Reconcile Trial Balance with subledgers and perform monthly Balance sheet reconciliation
• Participate and perform all the recurrent GL bookings ( accruals/ payroll/ sales ) during the month-end closing accounting process
• Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders ( departments from local plant/ HQ global functions )
• Identify and implement improvement ideas
• Update and harmonize the working manuals when/if needed
• Assist and support the GL coordinator during the internal and external audit process

Yours skills

• University Degree (Accounting, Finance)
• Accounting & Reporting Skills
• Experience in accounting (bookkeeping and fiscal legislation), at least 5 years in a similar position
• MS Office knowledge
• Team player with an open-minded attitude
• Professional written and spoken English
• Available to work under closing deadline time pressure
• Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
