• Employee File/Record Entries &Uploads
• Verifications of Employment
• Employee Case Management Triaging
• Employment Document Distribution & Collection
• Confirmation & Clarification of Various Records, Enrollments, and Opportunities
• Knowledge Guide & HR Policy Distribution
• Support of Various Low-Complexity & High-Volume Activities as Needed
• Daily Interaction with HR Systems (primarily Workday & Service Now)

• Intermediate Communicator – must be able to interpret employee needs from front-line employee to first level manager, effectively communicate follow-up questions as needed, and provide a clear and concise next-step or solution statement.
• Customer - Centric Focus & Lens – understanding that the employee (customer) experience is at the forefront of everything the People Solutions teams do, will ensure actionable activities are delivered within the prescribed timeframe and relevant quality level, and enhance our ability to identify improvement opportunities for long term success.
• Organized with Attention to Detail – the inquiries we review, the actions we take, the communications we send – all require a level of scrutiny to ensure we are delivering the right support in the right way.

• 3-5 Years in an HR Role
• Some College Level Coursework in HR, Business Administration, or Related Field
• Ability to Learn New Systems, Processes, and Policies with Limited Training
• Hands-on Exposure to Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
