IBP Manager: Consumer Healthcare

Main responsibilities:

As an IBP Manager for Romania and Moldova:

You will manage the Integrated Business Planning process, to ensure alignment between product demand and supply, performance tracking of planning process, and supply chain execution of new product introduction or pruning.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee portfolio changes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct Demand Review meetings to forecast and plan product demand.
• Lead Supply Review to ensure supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
• Host the Management Business Review meeting to support visibility and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
• Measure execution KPIs such as MAPE, SPA, OTIF
• Training and Development: Providing training and support to crossfunctional team members on IBP processes and tools.

About You

• Experience: Experience in a similar role - IBP Manager or S&OP Lead, or equivalent experience in planning or supply chain
• Soft skills: Strategic and analytic thinking / initiative and proactivity / clear storytelling with data
• Education: University or Master's Degree in relevant field
• Languages: Fluent Romanian and English
• Other: proficient use of Excel, Power Point, optional Power BI,
