What we’re looking for
What you’ll be doing
- Animate the network of Orange collaborators submitting incidents to the supplier;
- Submit incidents at the request of Orange;
- Prioritize with the supplier the most impactful incidents from Orange's perspective;
- Coordinate the resolution of incidents in collaboration with internal teams and the supplier;
- Consolidate and reference the list of anomalies and expected evolutions from Microsoft;
- Serve as the main contact point on the incident process between Orange and the supplier;
- Inform stakeholders of incident updates and resolutions;
- Inform stakeholders of anomalies and expected evolutions to remedy and correct them;
- Produce regular reports on incidents submitted to the supplier;
- Analyze and challenge reports produced by the supplier;
- Propose improvements to the incident management process;
- Initiate and participate in post-incident review meetings to learn lessons;
What you need to know/have
- A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT incident management principles;
- Risk management helps you identify and evaluate possible risks when working on a task or a project;
- Incident managers assess the risk of specific actions to decide how to proceed;
- An incident manager's primary responsibility is solving problems for an organization and its customers;
- SLAs are standards an organization agrees to meet for specific tasks;
- SLAs ensure that everyone within a company knows what the organization expects from them and how they can contribute to its success;
- Knowledge of ITIL foundations;
- An incident management process helps IT teams investigate, record, and resolve service interruptions or outages;
- The ITIL incident management workflow aims to reduce downtime and minimize impact on employee productivity from incidents;
- Technical Knowledge of incident management systems and associated tools;
- Understanding of IT infrastructures and services provided by the supplier;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations;
