Internal Sales Representative

- Actively sell products to end-customers in your assigned European market.
- Handle incoming price inquiries from the website and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively contact end-customers in your assigned market to discuss product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage a portfolio of established customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling both with new customers and within the existing customer base.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends to offer informed advice to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, business, or marketing preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical advisory roles, ideally within the laboratory or analytical equipment industry.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, detailed explanations of technical products and their applications.
- Proven experience advising customers on solutions based on their specific technical needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to plan and execute.
- Ability to work independently, managing the full sales process without external representatives.
