Contract Duration: 3 months + option for extension
Work model: hybrid work 3 times/week from the office
Workload: Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Spearheaded IT infrastructure management ensuring a robust and efficient platform across countries.

Enhancing global IT infrastructure and fostering robust IT Operations platform.
-
Building a strong cross-cultural high-performing team.
-
Monitoring and evaluating the service team’s performance, providing regular feedback, coaching and recognition to drive individual and team excellence.
-
Leading and managing the department, including staffing, training and performance management of the personnel.
-
Managing office technology assets which include PCs, printers, video conferencing systems, mobile services, and end user accessories.
-
Directing end-user asset procurement, stock management, and timely service delivery for device requirements.
-
Ensuring optimal performance of office network, Cloud and On-prem server management across all sites in close coordination with the respective teams to provide best in class service.

Securing conscious and always made sure the IT is secured in line with Cyber Security team and share data for Audit compliance.

Previous experience as a leader with experience in the IT/ITES industry, specializing in IT Infrastructure Site Management, Modern Workplace, Service Delivery, Project Management and Application support.

Having strong global exposure including strategic planning, budget management, leading IT support across various regions and countries, and adeptly managing local expectations in different cultural contexts globally.
