Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage automated marketing campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers across multiple channels.
  
• Work with CRM tools to segment audiences, tailor messaging, and ensure optimal campaign performance.
  
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align automated campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and ad-hoc campaigns triggered by

• Stay current with the latest in automation technology and fintech market trends to continually refine and enhance campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation or CRM, ideally within the fintech, trading, or financial services industries.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track metrics and optimize campaign performance.
