The Opportunity
Pw C Romania is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our Bucharest office . The person will be responsible for implementing effective market strategy and procedures and providing support to the Marketing Communication & Business Development Leader to establish frameworks that support our business objectives.
What you will be doing:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
-
Act as the Territory CRM Coordinator, handling enhancements, communication and training
-
Manage data quality verification, prepare analyses, reports and dashboards, and provide business process support to users (both technical and behavioral)
-
Create territory sample lists for Pw C global and local surveys and maintain relationships with the global teams
-
Supervise the maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring accurate client contact information
-
Increase CRM adoption and usage among Pw C Romania users
-
Coordinate the GDPR readiness project for MCBD processes
-
Act as the Territory CRM Coordinator, handling enhancements, communication and training
-
Support marketing campaigns
-
Client Feedback Programme – Territory Coordinator:
-
Create sample lists of relevant clients to be surveyed
-
Data management (quality verification; prepare analyses, reports and dashboards)
-
Maintain relationships with the regional programme team
-
Create sample lists of relevant clients to be surveyed

Market Intelligence: provide business intelligence reports
-
Assist with the development of specific Business Units by supporting Business Units Leaders in setting meetings, conducting research, creating specific dashboards and presentations and following up on agreed actions

Maintain relationships with the CEE Business Development regional team
What we need from you:

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Project management skills

Analytical skills

Communication, influencing and interpersonal skills

Research, report writing and presentation skills

Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word
-
Action-oriented self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, decision-making and delivering solutions

Team player with the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment

Disciplined, well-organised and detail-oriented
-
Strong in building and maintaining relationships and the ability to communicate at all levels

Written and oral proficiency in Romanian and English
