Marketing & Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities
- Supports the Head of Mar Com & Business Development to develop the go-to-market strategy and focuses on building Forvis Mazars’ capabilities in the market through thought leadership, publications, client materials, events, business offerings, etc.
- Drives the client facing community building, industry knowledge and capabilities sharing among all service lines (hosting monthly meetings, supporting client scoping, cross-selling, up-selling, industry research, etc.)
- Uses Salesforce as a CRM tool to support the business development efforts of the company and optimise the prospects’ database;
- Coordinates the launching of the annual client satisfaction survey and any other relevant client surveys;
- Creates and optimises the tender toolkit (templates for various business offerings, executive summary, credentials library, etc.);
- Drives lead management through various channels (cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities, digital campaigns, events, etc.) together with the client facing teams;
- Moderates the requests for proposals coming from the website;
- Designs, implements, and evaluates B2B email marketing campaigns for client communication and lead generation purposes (monthly newsletter, event invitations, etc.);
- Works together with our DPO to make sure that the actions are compliant with the GDPR rules;
- Coordinates the publication of thought leadership materials in collaboration with the services lines experts (Doing business in Romania Guide, Transparency Report, Tax alerts, Accounting alerts, HR & payroll alerts, etc.);
- Actively engages in global and CEE Mar Com & BD working groups;
- Keeps up with all relevant Forvis Mazars brand guidelines and potential updates.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Management);
- Min. 4-5 years of experience in a marketing/ business development/ CRM role;
- Maturity to deal with senior stakeholders from across the business;
- Solid internal client focus with attention to detail, result oriented;
- Strong familiarity with email marketing platforms;
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in English.
