Job Description
Main objective of the job:

• Coordinates all commercial and logistics topics in line with customer requirements for top OEM/non top OEM, Tier customers in an international environment.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Orders creation/Check of purchase order in SAP;
• O2C process control;
• Creates and maintains part cross reference data;
• Acts as communication bridge between customer/sales/plant;
• Monitors delivery performance;
• Customer claim coordination;
• Collects and provides proof of delivery for EU countries;
• Supports cross-divisional logistic topics;
• Supports general/non project specific customer requirements (e.g. logistics);
• Checks general terms and contracts related to E-Business and data exchange with customers;
• Checks special prices;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

• Studies: University or High school Diploma;
• Business fluent English;
• Previous work experience in commercial/logistics environment;
• Interested to work in: SAP (SD module), MS Office (Excel) package;
• Willing to be in touch with customers and to work in an international team;
• Interested in offering support for sales/commercial activities;
• Reliable and efficient - even if you have short deadlines;
• Willing to travel (1-2 weeks/quarter).
