The People (HR) team in Romania is seeking a People Advisor to join our dynamic warehouse team in the Bolintin-Deal area. This role will specifically support our warehouse operations at the CTPark Bucharest West industrial park.

Key responsibilities
As a People Advisor, you'll handle HR-related queries from employees and leaders, ensuring a positive HR experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing queries on HR policies, pay, benefits, time, and attendance, and working with HR colleagues to find solutions.
- Partnering with warehouse leaders to address absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
- Supporting and coaching leaders in recruitment, including participating in interviews.
- Collaborating with managers on site engagement plans.
- Using Workday to maintain case trackers and drive timely actions.
- Guiding employees and managers on HR systems and processes.
- Assisting with the HR Cycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and exits.
- Implementing communication plans to ensure updates reach all employees through various channels.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of HR documents such as employee records, policies, and benefits.
- Participating in HR projects and recruitment for future positions.
- Providing reports and tracking HR metrics like turnover, productivity, and onboarding progress.
Who we are looking for

Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in an HR role within an operational environment (warehouse or factory)
- Understanding of pay structures and shift patterns in an operational setting
- In-depth knowledge of Romanian labor law, with a solid grasp of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance from a payroll perspective
- Experience in handling employee relations issues
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Romanian and English
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems is a plus
