Performance Marketing Specialist

What you need for this role:
    Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns focused on PPC channels, derived from specific strategies;
    Experience in working with clients/brands from different industries and with different objectives (awareness, ecommerce, lead generation)
    Proficiency with Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping). Experience in Programmatic Advertising (DV360 or others) is considered a plus;
    Experience in working with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager & Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs etc).
    Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for campaign optimization;
    Expertise in creating media plans with accurate cost and KPI estimates & forecasts
    Extensive experience in planning, implementing and optimizing successful performance marketing campaigns
    Experience in GTM data layer implementation, Consent Mode V2, CMP Platforms or mobile app trackign is considered a plus
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    Proficiency in English;

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:
    Develop and implement tailored performance marketing campaigns with various objectives (awareness, ecommerce sales, lead generation).
    Identify and segment target audiences for optimized engagement.
    Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping/Performance Max) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest etc).
    Conduct comprehensive keyword research and create compelling ad copies
    Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators, identifying actionable insights and recommendations.
    Manage the media budgets for our clients, allocating resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    Provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts for media campaigns and services to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights for our clients.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or external partners to ensure strategy alignment.
