The Opportunity

• Contribute and support the company and one team philosophy by continuously developing communication skills, proactive mindset and business expertise to ensure the highest possible outcome for the customer.
• Understand the pricing strategies of different Business Units and execute them technically in the Pri Ma system based on the guidance of the Pricing Administration Competence Center (PACC). Analyse price conditions usage and propose corrective actions to realize the company targets and team KPIs.
• Continuously work on process and system improvements to meet internal requirements and customer´s expectations.
• Drive standardization and optimization in the Pricing area. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to bring efficiencies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction related to service and behaviour by ensuring efficient and effective interaction with internal customers.
• Follow defined standards and initiate and support process and systems efficiency improvements
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Pricing Administration Competence Center (PACC), Billing, CACC, local and regional Pricing teams.
• Analyze and understand the Pricing strategies of different Business Units;
• Develop analytics to capture the value, through business opportunities;
• Maintenance of contractual conditions in Pri Ma system: List prices, discounts, net prices and rebate agreements;
• Maintenance of campaigns and promotions in Pri Ma system;
• Monitoring SAP interface and proper accomplishment into SAP SD module;
• Blocked documents: analyse blocked orders with local pricing teams and remove the billing blocks after approval;
• Analyse Pricing conditions in Pri Ma and SAP system in cooperation with the PACC team and propose corrective actions to realize the company targets and team KPIs;
• Perform various Sox and operational controls related to price maintenance and ensure their compliance

To Join Our Team You Will Need

• Overall work experience of at least 2-3 years;
• Work experience in Pricing as Pricing Analyst or Pricing Administrator (desired);
• Work experience in Billing Operations, Sales Administration or Customer Administration would be an asset;
• Work experience with SAP SD module;
• Ability to: perform in a team, work cross-functiona; solve daily challenges independently; fulfil requirements within scope and on schedule, communicate and behave professional both verbal and non-verbal in the appropriate environment
• Manage and consolidate high data and set the right priorities
• Being proactive and joined-up thinking
• Distinct numerical reasoning and sense of accuracy
• Process comprehension (inter-sectional)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Profound IT Skills especially in Excel (other: Microsoft Office, SAP SD module, Vendavo Pricing tool)
• Confident and professional behaviour throughout all hierarchy levels of the business
