Special Pricing Analyst

Salary: 5500 RON NET

Tasks
Sales Operations Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales operations team and sales organization in the EMEA region, providing assistance and support for processing special pricing requests according to agreed procedures and guidelines.
- Offer comprehensive support to the sales and/or sales operations team, effectively communicating through various channels (written, verbal) to ensure a seamless process for special pricing requests.
- Validate requests submitted by customers, partners, support teams, sales representatives, and/or business groups in accordance with quality standards, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Create, verify, and coordinate standard and non-standard requests for a well-defined list of clients, ensuring the accuracy of data through systems and documentation.
- Develop or review profitability analyses and scenarios to determine the most profitable pricing strategy for each special pricing request. If an offer does not comply with the rules and current documents, the pricing request is rejected, and a less aggressive price is proposed.
- Ensure that prices, discounts, and other data are accurate according to current process documentation, and obtain or request the necessary electronic authorizations for processing requests.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural environment.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in sales operations or a related field is preferred.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
