Duration: 6 months + 6 months
Salary: 6500 ron NET
Please note that only candidates based in Romania will be taken into consideration.
Tasks
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper implementation/storage and archival of contract terms.
- Ensure contract compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records.
- Use Share Point for storing and managing contract documents.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on contract status.
- Previous experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Share Point.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of contract law and relevant regulations.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze contract data and information to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Familiarity with other relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to find efficient solutions to issues that may arise during contract management.
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
