What will you be responsible for?

• Manage the local go-to-market process for new product features, including strategy, planning, testing, and communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch;
• Handle the complete lifecycle of tools developed at the local level, such as local API tools for customers and landing pages for local campaigns, from design to implementation;
• Keep an eye on the stability of local platforms like Autovit.ro and OLX.ro/Auto. Report and escalate significant bugs and errors to central teams for resolution;
• Work closely with the local sales and customer support team and customers to identify product needs. Create business cases for new features and upgrades to present to central teams;
• Actively participate in the design and implementation of the central product team's roadmap;
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including local teams, central teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and smooth operations;
• Analyze the performance of local product features and tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvements;
• Provide training and support to local teams on new product features and tools, ensuring they are well-equipped to use them effectively.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role: (ex. Product Manager, Market Manager, Product Operations);
• Very strong project management skills and proven track record;
• Very good communication skills: both verbal and written as well as solid presentation skills;
• Good understanding of product management way of working;
• Technical understanding - able to understand how various systems work with each other and to explain a technical issue to an engineering team;
• Familiarity with the automotive domain: car makes, models, and car features. Having a passion for cars will make the job even more rewarding;
• Knowledge of UX and UI design is a plus.
