Project Management Analyst Digital Sales

What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to achieve the bank’s growth objectives.
- Identify new digital opportunities and trends to enhance sales and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze digital sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and IT teams to create a seamless and engaging customer experience across all digital platforms.
- Implement personalization strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Oversee the optimization of all digital sales channels, including online banking, mobile apps, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and vendors.
- Leverage data analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions that drive digital sales growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital sales or e-commerce; previous experience in a leadership role would be a plus.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer experience, and data analytics.
- Experience with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector.
